1 min: 2 Front squats
1 min: 2-5 Muscle ups or 5-10 Rind dips
*Add weight on the front squat each round
3 rounds for time:
Run 400m w/KB (53/35)
20 KB swings (53/35)
10 Burpee box jump over (24/20)*must jump completely over box
*every time you put the KB down on the run you must add1 burpee boxjump over to that round
