EMOM 20 min:
1 min: 5-15 Bench press
1 min: 20 Straight leg situps
*If you have a bench and bar or DBs,great. Pick a weight that will allows 5-15 reps every min. Otherwise get creative on a bench you can use. Wallballs, sandbags, balls, stack of weight plates all make for great benches. If none of that is available you can get creative and use some cases of water or boxes or couch cushiness. Skys the limit. If ou rally don’t have anything you can perform defect pushups. Stack up some books and put your hands on those to create the defect
2 rounds:
AMRAP 4 min:
10 Plate ground to overhead (45/25)
10 Overhead lunges (45/24)
Rest 1 min
AMRAP 4 min:
10 Plate ground to overhead (45/25)
10 Burpees to plate
*This is a pretty straight forward workout. If don’t have any plates its pretty to do the ground to overhead with a KB/Wallball/kb or even just an empty barbell. If you have not made your own DIY sandbag yet. Do it today!

Endurance class
6 Rounds
Against a 6 min clock
Run 400m
30/20 Calories or 30 burpees if you have cardio equipment
Run 200
Max reps double unders in remainder of time
Rest 1 min between rounds
