*Every 5min complete a 400m run or 30/20 calories or 30 burpees
Barbell only=as written
DBs only = DB deadlifts
KB only=KB sumodeadlift highpull
Sandbag = sandbag deadlifts

Endurance

EMOM 10 min:
Run 200m

1 min: 15/10 Calories or 200m run
1 min: 8 Burpee box jumps
1 min: 50 double unders
*If you fall off pace complete as 10 rounds for time
