In teams of 3:
10 rounds:
Alternate every 15 Bar facing burpees
*During your rest break complete 5 bench press around 70-80%. Everyone loved this from last week so lets try it with the upper body!

General fitness

AMRAP 30 min:
15 Burpees
10 DB press
Rest 1 min
