Every 2 min for 3 rounds each:
1:Sprint 200m
2:Sprint 20/15 cal row
3:Sprint 20/15 cal bike
*Sprint 200m, rest remainder of 2 min. Sprint 20 cal row, rest remainder of 2 min. Sprint 20 cal bike, rest remainder of 2 min. Continue that pattern for 3 rounds. Goal is to have AT LEAST 1 min rest per section
+
AMRAP 15 min:
30 Air squats
20 Handstand pushups
10 Deadlifts (225/155)

General fitness

Every 2 min for 3 rounds each
1: Sprint 200m
2: Sprint 20/15 cal row
3: Sprint 20/15 cal bike
*same as above

10 DB deadlifts
