Lots of rowing takes place in endurance class. What does your rowing face look like???

Starting next Tuesday the 27th we will be offering endurance class twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30am. If you are one of those who like to try and do both classes back to back PLEASE bring some sort of nutrition to have between or during, and dont expect to be able to hit your strength or  the metcon at 100% of your abilities right after.
