5 rounds:
90 seconds each
Run 200m
*Start out as a jog and increase speed with each round, last round should be the fastest
+
Establish a 5rm shoulder to overhead
+
5 rounds for total time:
10 Box jumps (24/20)
Run 200m
10 DB/KB thrusters
Rest 1 min

Ask coach: I want the reps for the shoulder to overhead to be “touch and go”. Watch the video. For the metcon there is no RX weight, use a weight that will be challenging to the last couple of rounds unbroken (60/40)ish. The goal is to finish each round under 2 min

Every dude in this video is showing an example of touch and go reps for the shoulder to overhead. Essentially you are letting the bar fall back into the rack position and then using that momentum to send the bar directly back overhead. It takes a little practice to get the hang of but it will save you a lot of energy in the long run
