Zoom schedule for Sunday 8:30 10:30 4:30

EMOM 15 min:
3 Touch and go squat cleans
*Use a barbell if possible
*If you have only DBs do 5-10 squat cleans every min
AMRAP 15 min:
Squat cleans (95/65)
Push press (95/65)
*10 Hand release pushups after each round
*Barbell only=as written
*DBs only = as written
*KB= KB taters and single arm push press
*NO EQUIPMENT = lunge L + lunge R + jumping air squat
