*either pick a heavy weight for all 10 or try to add throughout the 10 min

1 min: Max burpees
1 min: Max DB power cleans (50/35) (each hand)
1 min: Rest
*DBs touch the ground every rep for power cleans

7 DB clean and jerks

1 min: Max ring rows
1 min: Max burppes
1 min: Max DB power cleans
1 min: Rest
