Every min on the min for 10 min:
1 min 3 squat cleans (205/125)
1 min 3 burpee muscle up or 9 burpee pullups

Ask coach: Feel free to scale up the weight if 205/125 is not a challenge. Scale up the muscle ups to 5 if 3 will be no problem

Thanks giving schedule:
Wednesday: Normal
Thanks giving day: 9:30 only (team wod)
Black friday: Normal from 9:30 on. No 5:30/6:30am class
