Tomorrow (Saturday) we have 18 athletes competing at Diablo CrossFits Bros and Bettys comp in Benecia. Girls will be Denisia, Caroline and Stephanie. Also Annabelle, Courtney, and Tiffany. Lastly will be Jen, Nicole and Britt. On the guys side its Ryan, Jordan, and Brian. Also Tim, Paul and Joe. Lastly it will be Arnel, Arnold and myself.
