5 Burpees
5 Barbell thrusters
Establish a max for the following:
Chest to bar pullups
Ring dips
Handstand pushups
Double unders
5 rounds for time:
Run 400m
15 Overhead squats (95/65)

Great job by everyone who competed today! Way to represent CFD! We have one more competing tomorrow. Veronica is lifting in her first ever meet at Cal Strength. She lifts at 4pm if you have time to come out and watch
