Bar muscle up practice
W/ a partner
AMRAP 5 min:
5 Thrusters (135/95)
Rest 2 min
AMRAP 6 min:
10 Thrusters (95/65)
Rest 2 min:
AMRAP  7 min:
15 Thrustesr (65/45)

*This whole workout is done you go I go style. Partner A does 5 thrusters, then B does 5 thrusters. Thats 1 round. Complete as many rounds possible in 5 min for each AMRAP. Goal is each set unbroken
