EMOM 12 min:
1 min: 30 seconds toes to bar or v-ups
1 min: 25 good mornings
AMRAP 20 min:
10 Step overs (50/35)(24/20)
3-6-9-12-15….Hand release pushups
If you finish the 30 round the the reminader of 20 min:
5 Double DB snatch (50/350)
10 front rack lunges (50/350)
*Brbell only = 10 front rack step ups (95/65)
*DB only = as written
*KB only = KB step ups
*NO equipment = 15 stick jumps instead of step overs


Every 5 minx 7 rounds
30 Calories or Run 400m
10 Burpees
100 Double unders
*4 min cap each round
