Run 800m
the remainder of clock AMRAP:
5 Quarantinis (1rep=jump lunge L +jump lunge R + jumping air squat)
10 hand release pushups
@10 min:
Run 800m
in the remainder of clock AMRAP:
10 Quarantinis
15 Hand release pushups
@20 min:
Run 800m
15 quarantinies
20 hand release pushups
*do entire thing is weighted vest or weighted back pack

Endurance
For time:
200 Double unders
150 burpees for time or 200/150 calories
200 Double unders
*Every 5 min complete 400m run

CrossFit pre teens
Warm up
AMRAP 5
Jog 100m
10 air squats
+
10×5 deadlifts
*after each set of 5 have them complete 5 broad jumps
