In teams of 3:
10 rounds each:
Shuttle run sprints
1 round=
30ft down and back
60ft down and back
90 ft down and back
*2 hand touch on the ground every time you turn around
**Partner A runs, B and C rest. Then B runs and C/A rest. Then C runs and A/B rest. Thats 1 round. Goal is to not deviate more than 5 sec off of your fastest run
AMRAP 12 min:
15 Box jump (step down) (24/20)
12 Handstand pushups
9 Deadlifts (155/105)
