L-sit kick thingys the remainder of the min

8 Weighted pull (supinated grip)
Max weighted ring support hold (at least 45 second)
4 DB shoulder press + 4 DB push press (heaviest you can handle)

For time:
Row 500m
50 Overhead lunges (45/33)
30 Handstand pushups
50 Thrusters (45/33)
20 Handstand pushups
* Lunges and thrusters will be done with an empty bar
*20 min time limit
FYI. There will be a yoga class tomorrow (Thursday) at 10:40am if you want to get your yoga on!
