3 position snatch (floor/knee/high hang)
*let technique dictate load. If you are not proficient at the snatch complete a minimum of 10 sets at a light weight
In teams of 2:
AMRAP 15 min:
Alternating movements
2 Muscle ups
4 Handstand pushups
8 Alt arm DB snatch
*partner A does 2 muscle ups then B does 2 muscle ups. A does 4 handstand pushups B does 4 handstand pushups. So and so on for as many rounds as possible in 15 min
