Now that the open is over we are gonna be back to a more structured strength program. We are going to do a Smolov JResque program where we will squat 3/4 days a week. It gets up to a lot of sets and reps so work efficiently when warming up! Your goal for this cycle is to not rely on your belt as much, I want you to try build some raw strength back and hip strength. Lets see if we can go beltless until you hit 80+ percent, then its like a bonus!
