If you can, come on out or stay after class to cheer on your fellow CFDers that are participating in the open! We have some masters top 200 hopefuls, give them some extra cheering!

Even if you don’t want to pay the $20, consider coming and doing the workouts with everyone. The open always pushes you to a level you didn’t know you could reach before. I can’t count the number of PRs and unexpected performances the open has produced in all of you. Ya its hard but so are my workouts….just do it. Everyone can come up with an excuse why they cant do the open WODs but you know what they say about excuses….

Outlaw strategy videos are one of the best parts of the open!
