REMINDER. I WILL BE COLLECTING EQUIPMENT THURSDAY – SATURDAY THIS WEEK. PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH WHEN YOU WILL BE DROPPING IT OFF AND WHETHER OR NOT YOU WILL BE JUMPING BACK IN ON CLASSES

CrossFit
EMOM 16 min:
1 min: 3 Man makers (Pushup row pushup row squat clean to thruster = 1)
1 min: 10 Bent over rows + 10 bicep curls w/1DB

5 rounds:
24 Front rack lunges (50/35) or (95/65)
16 Power cleans (50/35) or (95/65)

AMRAP 8 min:
40 Burpees over DB or Bar
40 Thrusters (50/35) or (95/65)
*Barbell only = as written
*DBs only = as written
*KB = single arm front rack/clean/thruster
*NO EQUIPMENT= 30 Walking lunges 30 situps. 60 jumping air squats instead of 40 thrusters
