For 20 min:
Max effort strict handstand pushups
Max effort L-sit
*Every time you break a set you must compete 1 rope climb
**For example if you do 15 hspu then come off the wall you must do 1 rope climb then do over and do a max L-sit hold. When you break that set do a rope climb and continue the pattern for 20 min. Go for broke, do not sandbag this
For time:
Bike 50 Calories or row 75
30 Alt arm DB squat snatch (65/45)
Run 800m
