10 Goblet squat (heaviest possible)
*This is the last week we will be doing this so try to go as heavy as you can!

In teams of 2:
3 rounds
3 rounds:
15 KB swings (53/35)
12 Bar facing burpees
Rest the time it takes for your partner to complete 3 rounds
*Partner A completes 3 rounds of 15 and 12. Then B completes 3 rounds. Do that 3 times. Thats a total of 9 rounds each
