Establish a max for the following:
Max set of kipping pullups and or muscle ups
Max unbroken double unders
Max rope climbs in 90 seconds
Max unbroken wallballs (20/14)(goal 150+)
*Rest as needed between efforts. This probably only applies to the double unders but you can redo any test as many times as you want.
Max effort 1 mile run
