A. Bike 25/18 Calories
B. 200 ft sandbag front carry (150/100)
C. 25 Kettlebell swings (70/53)
*Each person occupies a station. Once all 3 are done you move to the next. You will complete all 3 stations 5 times. If you have the rare sandbag allergy then you may perform a heavy farmers walk or yoke walk
