Spend 15 min working on handstands/kipping handstand puhsup

Establish 1RM power clean and jerk

For total reps
2 min max lateral hurdle jumps (24/20)
3 min max reps wallball shots (20/14)
2 min rest
3 min max reps kettlebell swings (53/35)
2 min max reps lateral hurdle jumps (24/20)

Ask coach: Perform a max set of wallballs and KB swings to start the 3 min and just survive the rest. Dont game it. Special prize if you can go the whole 3 min
