3 Barbell complexs (power clean to hang squat clean to thruster to shoulder to overhead) (135/95)
15 Wallball shots (20/14)
Ask coach: For the clean and jerks they are full on clean and jerks from the ground, no pause or hang. Lots of people PRd on their clean or snatch last week because of the pause at the knee. Be patient when starting your second pull, if you try to rip it off the ground the bar will stay in front of you and not get high enough for you to catch it.

There is a sign up sheet in the yobility room on the warmup board. The sweatshirts will be $45 each and run from Xsmall to XXLarge. We will be taking orders until next Monday Feb 4th. We are only ordering a couple extra so get them while there hot!
