AMRAP 20 min:
20 KB swings each (Both working at same time)
6 Muscle ups
20 KB Goblet squats each (Both working at same time)
12 Handstand pushups
*KB swings and goblet squats stay at 20. Muscle ups and handstand pushups increase by 2 each round. Split up muscle ups and handstand however you wish
