5-10 Heavy bench press+100ft overhead carry
*ideally do the carry with 2 DBs
AMRAP 10 min:
20 Plate ground to overhead (45/25)
20 Overhead walking lunges. (45/25)
Rest 5
AMRAP 10 min:
20 Overhead walking lunges(45/25)
20 Walkover pushups (one hand on the plate one on the ground, do a pushup then walk hands over to the other side)

Pec stretch 1 min per side
lat stretch 2 min
couch stretch 1 min per side
