Here’s a reminder of what the sweet shorts look like

Thursday 7/25/13
2 rounds:
5 Snatch grip deadlifts
5 Muscle snatch
5 Overhead squat
5 Snatch balance
5 High hang snatch
Establish a max for 3 snatches w/3 second pause just below the knee
4 min max reps:
Power snatch (115/75)
Hang squat snatch
Overhead squat
3 min max reps wall climbs
2 min max reps toes to bar
1 min max reps thruster (115/75)

Ask coach: For the metcon, the first part is a complex. 1 rep is 1 power snatch 1 hang squat snatch and 1 overhead squat
