A big thank you again for everyone’s support for regionals. CFD as usual had the best cheering section and I think CFD has some SoCal fans as well! Overall Im not 100% happy with my placing but in the 7 years I have been doing this, I’m never happy with my placing. That being said I’m happy I was pushing for top 20 considering WODs 1 and 2 were weaknesses of mine. Being competitive in CrossFit is definitely a labor of love and is VERY frustrating but having a great support team helps. Thanks again to everyone, CFD is the best around. Onto 2017….
