REMINDER.We will be doing out first park WOD tomorrow at 10am. Just 10 people that met at the park and decided to workout together……
Bring a mat to lay on and a DB/DBs if you have them. If you have nothing thats fine.Its not supposed to be raining at that time but if it is we can try the basketball court instead of the turf


There will be no zoom class tomorrow at 10

For future notice. You will need to create a mind body profile so you can sign up for classes ahead of time. Once we reopen there will probably be class size restrictions on. us and this is the fairest way to fill class. You need to create a password using the email that you get our monthly emails from. If you are having problems or are internet challenged let me know and I can create a password for you

*if you have a bar try to use that. If mobility does not allow both arms overhead then do a DB or KB overhead with 1 arm and switch arms per minute
