Spend 15 min working on something gymnastical that you need to practice
AMRAP 20 min:
5 Handstand pushups
10 Pistols
15 Pullups
Alternating in teams of 2 or 3 or 4
Alternate through and accumulate 2 min of an L-sit (each)in as few sets as possible
then 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Parrallettte shoot throughs

Don’t avoid the suck
