“Death by pullups”
Every min on the min add 1 pullup til you can no longer stay on pace.
1 the first min, 2 the second, 3 the third and so on until you can no longer stay on pace. If you fall off pace before 7 min then turn the workout into max pullups in 12 min
AMRAP 10 min:
1 Deadlift (185/115)
2 Hang power cleans (185/115)
3 Push jerks (185/115)
4 Wallballs (20/14) (12’/10′ target)
The party was a great success! Thank you to everyone who came to hang out and an extra special thanks to everyone who competed in the loooooong workout. Congrats to team Orange, aka the black ninja killer assassins. Their prize is that each member of the team gets to pick the wod for a day. Given that its not ridiculous and its doable for a class.
