Spend 15 min working on muscle ups
+
3 rounds:
1 min max reps rope climbs
15 banded deadlifts (135/95)
+
5 rounds for total reps
1 min clock: 5 power+ max split jerks (155/105) in remaining time of min
1 min max reps wallballs (20/14)

Ask coach: Lots of stuff to do tomorrow.  Work efficiently! I you can string 3 or more muscle up together consistently go for 3 sets of max muscle ups
