Moving/clean up day!
Sooooooooooo we pretty much got the gym loaded in 3 trucks and most everything is ready to be unloaded at the new spot. If you would like to help unload/finish things at the old gym please feel free to come any time after 7. Their will be coffee and donuts at both locations for anyone that helps, and a super cool prize! If you would like to workout at your normal Saturday time, I will write a workout for you to do but it will be very minimal equipment usage…..Thank you so much for the help. Already today everyone has been incredibly helpful!If you have an old mop or broom you would like to use please do so. Some people might be on sweep/mop duty
