In teams of 2:
Against a 25 min for max burpee box jump overs:
Alternate every 400m or 30/20 Calories or 30 burpees or 100 Double unders
*During “Rest” complete 10 squat cleans (135/95) + Max reps burpee box jump overs (24/20) until they back
*Barbell=as written
*DBs only= DB squat cleans
*KB= 15 KB taters
*NO equipment= 30 air squats
