Run 1 mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Air squats
Run 1 mile
*Break up pullups pushups and squats however you see fit. The most popular method is 20 rounds of cindy, 5 pullups 10 pushups 15 air squats. Half murph version is available
**If you feel good do it in a vest, if you feel really good do it in a vest and all 100 200 300 in a row
