“Murph”
For time:
Run 1 mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Air squats
Run 1 mile
*If you have a vest, wear it.
*You may split up pullups pushups and air squats however you wish. 20×5/10/15 is fastest. Tough guy version is all 100 then all 200 then all 300. You may also do team Murph and split up pullups pushups and air squats but runs must be done together
REMINDER. We are offering DV45 at 830 and Murph at 9:30am. We will be closed for the rest of the day. DV45 will not be Murph but the chances of running at least 1 mile are very high….
