Run 1 mile
*Split up pullups pushup sand air squats however you want. 20 rounds of 5/10/15 is the fastest. If you have a weighted vest, wear it

General fitness
In teams of 2:
Run 1 mile (together)
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Air squats
Run 1 mile (together)
*Split pullups pushups and air squats between the 2 of you however you wish
