Run 1 mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Air squats
Run 1 mile
*If you have a vest, wear it!
**Break up pullups pushups and air squat however you want. 20×5/10/15 is the fastest. 10 rounds of 10/20/30 is NOT THE FASTEST, unless you are a pushup ninja. Tough guy/games version is all 100/200/300 without breaking it up.
