20 strict pullups
20 strict dips
*alternate every 5 reps until
you have both finished 2 rounds of 20 and 20

EMOM 20 min:
3 Power cleans (135/95)
4 Front rack lunges (135/95)
5 Burpees
*The goal is to keep on pace for all 20 min. If you fall off pace, rest the following min and try to keep on pace for as long as possible
