5 rounds:
Max reps DB strict press @50% BW
Max reps C2B pullups
*One you do a max set of press, rest as needed then perform your C2B pullups. Rest as needed between sets but dont make it ridiclous. Try to keep it around a minute

Until you reach 200 total reps cycle through the following:
1 min: Calorie row, assault bike, or ski erg
1 min: Burpees
1 min: Alt arm DB snatch (65/45)
1 min: rest
*24 min time limit. If you perform 16.6666666 reps a min you will be done under 15 min. That is your goal, go hard. You get a minute of rest
