Establish a 1RM back squat
30 Clean and jerks (135/95)
+ (rest as needed)
Take as many attempts needed at a max set of double unders
Ask coach: For the back squats dont just start with singles out of the box. Follow a warmup rep scheme like the following 5-5-3-3-1-1-1.
Start your singles around 80-85%.
