Run 400m
50 Wallballs (Partner A)
50 Pullups
50 Wallballs (Partner B)
30 Chest to bar pullups
100 Double unders (Partner A)
10 Rope climbs
100 Double unders (Partner B)
Run 800m
Ask coach: For the runs both partners must run at the same time. For the pullups and rope climbs you and your partner can break up reps however you wish
With the new website you have to erase your old bookmark and make a new one….I know its a very long process…..We know there are a few bugs with the new site. We are on it and they will be cleaned up soon!
