“Hammer”
5 rounds for total time:
5 Power clean (135/95)
10 Front squat (135/95)
5 Push jerks (135/95)
20 Pullups
Rest 90 seconds
*each of these rounds is meant to be a sprint(under 3 min) if you know to pullups will take you way longer than that make it 10 pullups. If all bar movements and pullups are done unbroken it should take around a min per round to finish.
