100 Pullups
100 Burpees over bar
*Partners will work in 1 min on 1 min off sections until finished. Each min you have to start with 2 Sandbag cleans (150/100) and 6 shoulder to over head (115/75). So Partner A starts and does 2 cleans and 6 overheads then starts on pullups while B rests. Then B does 2 & 6 and continues pullups where A left off. Continue that pattern until you finish 100 and 100
