1 min max effort row or airdyne
1 min rest
EMOM 20 min:
1 min: 5 Chest to bar pullups
1 min: Power clean+ 3 push press (BW/.75BW)
*add more pullups if you know 5 will be a cake walk
5 rounds for time:
15 KB swings (70/53)
15 Burpee ox jump overs (24/20)
*20 min time limit
