1 min: 4 Touch and go squat cleans (185/135)
1 min: 7 Burpees
min 13-18
1 min: 6 Touch and go squat cleans (165/115)
1 min: 7 Burpees
*this is 3 rounds of each set of cleans always with 7 burpees on the opposite min. If your clean is over 275/175 consider doing it at 225/155 205/145 and 185/135)
