In regards to Greg Glassmans tweets and email exchanges over the last couple days….

I started CrossFit in May 2008 and it has been my life every since. To see those comments and to see what has happened to the CrossFit world today has been a very emotional and overwhelming.

CrossFit Danville DOES NOT agree with the statements made by Greg Glassman.

That being said it is very tough to process this fully in a couple hours. Im considering a deaffiliation . When I think of CrossFit I associate it with the great people and relationships made over the past 8+ years at CFD not HQ. It breaks my heart to think that going forward all things CrossFit will be tarnished with one mans Stupid fucked up remarks That have nothing to do with Crossfit and what we stand for as a community . Thats not what were about. Thats not what IM about. Thats not what I want for all of you.

Fitness for anyone and everyone is what were about and will continue to do so for years to come

*NO EQUIPMENT= 40 Pushups instead of KB swings

*20 Weighted step up and 10 DB snatch after each round
